Receives Alert From some EST Scene Description AIMs.
Trajectory From Obstacle Traffic Avoidance.
AMS-MAS Message From Motion Actuation Subsystem.
Forwards AMS-MAS Message To AMS Decision Recording.
Road State To Traffic Obstacle Avoidance and Full Environment Description.
