EVC-UFV V1.0 UFV Filter Specification

This chapter provides the inference software that up-samples a standard definition or high definition video sequence to high definition or ultra high definition video sequence, respectively, using the parameters of (1 or 2 EVC-UFV up-sampling filter(s) derived using the procedure specified in EVC-UFV V1.0 Design Procedure.
