Foreword

Technical Specification: Portable Avatar Format (MPAI-PAF) V1.4 specifies the Portable Avatar (PA) and related data types that enable a receiving party to render a digital human as intended by the sending party. Among the PA included in the PA are Text, Speech Model, Avatar, Avatar Model, and Scene Descriptors.
