An Offline Map or HD map or 3D map is a roadmap with a high environmental fidelity representation.
2 Functional Requirements
An Offline Map reports the positions of pedestrian crossings, traffic lights/signs, barriers etc. with cm-level accuracy at the time the Offline Map was created.
