1 Definition
A region of the Universe with Space-Time attributes that is not further subdivided or exposed as subdivided.
2 Functional Requirements
- Has Space-Time attributes.
- Is composed of elementary space portions of the U-Environment space represented with a technology recorded in the Location Qualifier.
- It is continuous, i.e., the Basic U-Location does not include space portions completely surrounded by the Basic U-Location’s elementary space portions.
- May be 0th element of a hierarchy of U-Locations.
- If further subdivided, the Levels of the hierarchy are renumbered.
- May have Rights attached governing the Process Actions that a Process may perform in the M-Location.
- The Basic U-Location Rights may be Original or Granted.
- A Basic U-Location inherits but may have more Rights than the Rights of the M-Location of Level 1.
