1      Definition

An Item authored by a Process to report a suspected error in a previously executed Transaction.

2      Functional Requirements

The FER shall include:

  1. A reference to the Transaction being reported.
  2. The Provenance of the Wallet state of the complaining Process at the time the FER is authored.
  3. The data that the Transact Service is entitled to access according to its Capabilities.
  4. The time the complaining Process detected the error and the time it created the FER.

M-InstanceID Identifier of M-Instance.
FinancialErrorReportID Identifier of the FER.
TransactionID Identifier of the Transactiom.
ProvenanceID Identifier of Provenance.
Provenance Set of Provenance Data.
RelevantData[] That Transact Service is entitled to access according to its Capabilities.
DetectionTime The time the Financial Error was Detected.
FERCreationTime The time the FER was created.
DescrMetadata Descriptive Metadata.
