1 Definition

A representation of the semantics of the Traffic Rules as identified by the traffic signs of the Vienna Convention.

2 Functional Requirements

The Traffic Rules Data Type only provides the semantics of traffic signs, not their visual representation which is assumed to be included in the device performing sign recognition.

The Vienna Convention on Road Traffic is used.

5 Conformance Testing

Data conform to the Traffic Rules Data Type when they validate against its schema. If the schema references other schemas, data referencing a secondary schema shall also validate against that schema, if present, and conform with the Qualifier, if present.
