1 Functions

The Audio Instance Identification (PGM‑AII) AIM is a Sub‑AIM of Audio Scene Enhancement (PGM‑ASE). It identifies the Audio Objects of the scene and assigns them Audio Object Types, using classification models, domain knowledge, and Interaction History. It is the PGM‑AUA counterpart of Audio Object Identification (CAE‑AOI) of CAE‑USC V2.5, which receives Audio Objects and their Audio Scene Geometry and produces the Audio Instance Identifiers.

Each Sub‑AIM of Audio Scene Enhancement independently generates a Audio CXT Response, a Audio Domain Request and a Audio Interaction History Request. Enhanced Audio Multiplexing multiplexes them into the corresponding external output signals of Audio Scene Enhancement.

[High‑level specification derived from the Audio Scene Enhancement page. To be completed.]

The PGM‑AII AIM:

Receives Audio CXT Request Contextual directive specifying scope, depth, and policy constraints for audio enhancement.
Audio Scene Descriptors The initial Audio Scene Descriptors constructed by Audio Scene Description.
Audio Domain Response Domain‑specific knowledge supporting audio object classification and semantic interpretation.
Audio Interaction History Response Interaction History response, providing temporal context for scene understanding.
Produces Audio CXT Response Response reporting the processing outcome of this Sub‑AIM, multiplexed by Enhanced Audio Multiplexing into the Audio CXT Response of Audio Scene Enhancement.
Audio Object Types The semantic object‑type labels assigned to the Audio Objects of the scene.
Audio Domain Request Domain request issued by this Sub‑AIM, multiplexed by Enhanced Audio Multiplexing into the Audio Domain Request of Audio Scene Enhancement.
Audio Interaction History Request Interaction History request issued by this Sub‑AIM, multiplexed by Enhanced Audio Multiplexing into the Audio Interaction History Request of Audio Scene Enhancement.
