(Informative)
Technical Specification: Artificial Intelligence for Health (MPAI-AIH) – Health Secure Platform (AIH-HSP) V1.1 – in the following also called AIH-HSP V1.1 or AIH-HSP – supports advanced forms of health services. It enables End Users to acquire health data and to convert it to a form that includes a licence, through which the End User retains full control of who processes their health data, how, when, and for what purpose.
The End User and the Health Front End
The End User is required to equip themselves with a Health Front End that allows them to:
- Register with the Health Secure Platform.
- Acquire different types of Health Data.
- Download AI Modules (AIMs) from the MPAI Store.
- Process their Health Data with AIMs while the AIMs learn.
- Upload their Health Data to the Back End of the Health Secure Platform.
- Grant Rights to the Back End:
- to perform certain processing on their Health Data, and
- to sublicense their AIH Data to qualified Third-Party Users.
- Share their trained Neural Network Models with the Back End of the Health Secure Platform.
The Health Back End
The Back End then produces and uploads to the MPAI Store a new version of that type of Neural Network Model, updated with Federated Learning technologies. Front Ends can then download and use it.
