The Action of a User requesting that
- Import Service produce Data corresponding to a scene at a U-Location with a Spatial Attitude and provide Rights1 on the Data.
- Locate Service MM-Add Item at an M-Location with a Spatial Attitude and provide Rights2 on the Item to the User.
If the request is accepted, the Locate Service places at the M-Location with a Spatial Attitude the Item produced and provides Rights corresponding to the intersection of Rights1 and Rights2 (Status=Final) .
