1. Function

The Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM is a Sub-AIM of User State Refinement (PGM‑USR). It computes the Engagement of the User, its level and its mode, from the baseline User State, the cadence history read from Private Storage, and the AUC-USR Request.

PGM‑ENG:

PGM‑ENG does not refine the Entity State and does not produce the AUC-USR Response.

2. Reference Model

Figure 1 depicts the Reference Model of the Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM.

3. Input/Output Data

Table 1 specifies the Input and Output Data of the Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM.

Table 1 – I/O Data of the Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM

Input Description
AUC-USR Request Instructions from A‑User Control specifying refinement goals, urgency, override conditions, and control mode.
User State Baseline User State produced by Context Description, to be refined.
USR Interaction History Response Prior User State content read from Private Storage (cadence history, prior state).
Output Description
Engagement Metrics Engagement level and mode of the User.
USR Interaction History Request Request to Private Storage to write the refined User State and read prior cadence and state.

4. Sub-AIMs

No Sub-AIMs.

5. JSON Metadata

6. Profiles

No Profiles.

7. Reference Software

8. Conformance Testing

Table 2 provides the Conformance Testing Method for the Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM.

If a schema contains references to other schemas, conformance of data for the primary schema implies that any data referencing a secondary schema shall also validate against the relevant schema, if present, and conform with the Qualifier, if present.

Table 2 – Conformance Testing Method for the Engagement Recalibration (PGM‑ENG) AIM

Receives AUC-USR Request Shall validate against the AUC-USR Request schema.
User State Shall validate against the User State schema.
USR Interaction History Response Shall validate against the USR Interaction History Response schema.
Produces Engagement Metrics Shall validate against the Engagement Metrics schema.
USR Interaction History Request Shall validate against the USR Interaction History Request schema.

9. Performance Assessment

Not part of this specification.
