1. Definition
The focused status data obtained by observing the individual and collective behaviour of Participants in the Virtual Environment by interpreting the descriptors, per the current Cue Point, including behaviour, Emotion, Cognitive State, and Social Attitude, as needed by:
- The Action Generation AIM to service the current cue point.
- The Cue Point Identification AIM to trigger the next cue point.
Components from the Virtual Environment as (data describing any and all “objects” and avatars from the Virtual Environment.
2. Functional Requirements
- Avatar Descriptors (may be driven by performers or algorithms)
- Spatial position of Avatar
- Per area/zone
- Ground/air
- Motion vector
- Descriptors of Avatar behaviour
- Gesture descriptors:
- Raising arms
- Waving
- Jumping
- Pointing to a direction
- Dancing
- Social clustering:
- Coordinates of cluster centroids and the variances along the three principal axes.
- Percentage of total participants in each cluster.
- Identity of individual avatars within each cluster and their distance from the centroid.
- Objects of Gaze
- List of objects/avatars or their components that are being observed (granularity of target set by Script).
- Percent of participants observing a particular object/avatar/components
- Gesture descriptors:
- Avatar audio activity
- Number of avatars doing a certain activity per area/zone, e.g., Laughing, Clapping, Booing, Shouting, Singing
- Avatar intensity of the activity per avatar per area/zone
- Number of avatars uttering a particular phrase/text per area/zone
- Spatial position of Avatar
- Object Descriptors – all non-avatar objects and associated parameters including:
- Meshes with materials (terrain, foliage, etc.).
- Light sources and their parameters.
- Particles and their parameters.
- Effects such as fog, volumetric rays, fire, etc.
- Position and Orientation (Spatial Attitude) of all meshes, lights, particles, and effects.
- Other data (events, triggers, scene changes, etc.)
