1 Functions
The Directed Audio Scene Description (PGM‑DAS) AIM is a directed describer SubAIM of Context Capture. It produces the Audio Scene Descriptors of the current scene from the captured Audio Object, refining its description against the interaction‑history Audio Scene Descriptors supplied to it. The coarse scene geometry (object identifiers and their Space‑Time) is the coarse part of the Audio Scene Descriptors it produces.
Directed Audio Scene Description holds no judgement of its own about what context to retrieve or store: it describes what it is given. The decision of which interaction‑history descriptors to supply, and the correlation with A‑User Control’s Directive, rest with the CXC-AUS Interface, which drives this SubAIM and collects its output.
The PGM‑DAS AIM:

Table 2 provides the Conformance Testing Method for the Directed Audio Scene Description (PGM‑DAS) AIM.
