Currency Qualifier is a set of Data providing additional information on Currency Data for potential use by a machine.

The combination of Currency Data and Currency Qualifier is called Currency Object, specified by MMM-TEC V2.0

2 Functional Requirements

Discovery Qualifier allows the representation of the following Elements:

    1. SubTypes
      1. Real
      2. Virtual
    2. Formats
      1. Real
      2. Virtual

Users needing additional entries in the Currency Qualifier or support of new Qualifiers should make a documented request to the MPAI Secretariat. Requests will be considered by the appropriate MPAI committee.
